What types of equipment do you repair?
Forklifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, scissor lifts, mini excavators, skid steers, tractors, UTVs, portable compressors and farm trucks. Material handling equipment is our specialty, but we take on most construction and agricultural equipment as well.
Do you come to our job site?
Yes. Nearly all of our work happens at the customer location, whether that is a warehouse, a farm, a shop yard or an active job site. We only bring a machine into the Medical Lake shop when the repair truly requires it.
Can you service multiple units at once?
Yes, and it usually saves you money. Grouping several machines into one visit spreads the travel across all of them. Fleets on a scheduled maintenance plan are handled this way by default.

Do you offer emergency service?
We do our best to work urgent breakdowns into the schedule, especially for customers already on a maintenance plan. Call as early as you can and we will tell you honestly how soon we can be there.
