A lift that is down is a crew standing around. We service articulating booms, telescopic booms and scissor lifts right on the job site so your people can get back up in the air.
Aerial work platforms have to be right before anyone rides them. Every repair we finish gets function tested before we hand the keys back.
What we handle
- Hydraulic cylinder, pump, valve and hose repair
- Boom, turntable and slew drive service
- Platform, control box and joystick faults
- Engine, generator and battery work
- Tilt sensors, limit switches and safety interlocks
- Annual inspections and function testing
- Leak repair and fluid service
Common problems we fix
- The boom creeps down or will not hold position
- Upper controls are dead but lower controls work
- The platform will not level
- Drive works but lift does not, or the other way around
- The machine faults out partway through a cycle
- Hydraulic leaks at the cylinders or hose ends
