Starkenburg Enterprises is a mobile equipment repair business based in Medical Lake, Washington. We fix material handling, construction and agricultural equipment where it sits, anywhere inside a 65 mile radius of the shop.
The short version is this: you have a machine that is down, and hauling it somewhere costs you more than the repair. So we bring the shop to you.
How we got here
This business started with collector and classic cars, and that work is still part of what we do. Over time the equipment side kept growing, and eventually it made sense to go all in on it. That meant a service truck, a set of tools that could handle real field work, and a decision to specialize in material handling.
Forklifts, telehandlers and lifts are the machines we know best. From there it was a short step to construction and agricultural equipment, because the customers running one usually run the others too, and they would rather call one number.
Today the truck covers Spokane County, the Palouse, the edge of the Columbia Basin and a good stretch of North Idaho. The shop in Medical Lake handles automotive work and the jobs that genuinely need a roof over them.
What you can expect
You talk to the technician
There is no service writer in the middle. The person who diagnoses your machine is the person who explains what is wrong with it.
You hear it straight
If a repair is not worth doing, we will say so. If we are not the right shop for a particular machine, we will say that too.
You approve before we start
We diagnose, explain the failure and quote the fix. Nothing gets done until you say go.
You get a record
Every visit comes with written documentation of what was done, so your maintenance file stays current.
Ready when you are
Call or text with the make, model and what the machine is doing. Photos and a serial number help us show up with the right parts.
