- How It Works
Every service call follows the same six steps. It is a simple process on purpose, because you should never have to wonder what is happening with your machine or what it is going to cost.
Call, text or email with your equipment issue and job site location. The more you can tell us up front, the better prepared we arrive.
We confirm a time that works for you along with the service details, so you know who is coming and roughly how long it will take.
Our mobile technician arrives with the tools and parts most likely to be needed for the job you described.
We find the actual cause, explain it, quote the fix and get your approval before any work starts. Then we repair it on site.
The machine gets tested under real conditions before we call it done. No handing back keys and hoping.
Your equipment is running and you get written documentation of what was done for your maintenance records.
These four things let us show up with the right parts instead of coming back a second time.
You get a quote before the repair starts. Travel and diagnostic time are explained up front so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
If the repair turns out to be bigger than expected, we stop and talk to you before continuing. We would rather have that conversation than send you an invoice you did not agree to.
Here or there, give us a call. We will get you back on track.
